The Plateau State government has repaid its N28.2 billion bond issued to investors last year.
The state government redeemed the debt,which has a coupon of fixed rate of 17.5 per cent. The bond was due March 30,2025 and was paid on April 2,2025 ,according to the state government.
The Plateau State government which issued a public statement to this effect in the Punch newspaper, April 14,said it was “pleased to inform the general public and subscribers to the bond: that the bond had been fully redeemed on April 2,2025”
Joint trustees to the bond offer were STL Trustees,United Capital,and UTL Trustees.
